Shipping policy
Oakbark & Chrome ships all orders from Canada to customers within Canada, the United States, and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Destinations and Rates
We offer shipping to the following regions:
- Canada: Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination within Canada.
- United States: We provide reliable shipping to all contiguous US states. Rates are determined at checkout.
- International: We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Domestic (Canada): 3–7 business days
- USA: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Oakbark & Chrome is located in Canada. Please note the following regarding import fees:
United States Orders (Tariff Inclusive) For customers shipping to the United States, please note that our product pricing currently incorporates applicable tariffs. You should not be charged additional customs duties or tariffs upon delivery for these orders.
International Orders For all other international destinations, you are responsible for:
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country.
- Any additional brokerage fees charged by the carrier.
These charges are not included in your shipping cost or order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding potential costs before placing an order.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package's progress via the carrier's website.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Oakbark & Chrome is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damage to assist in the process.
