Fitness Inspiration for Riders via SWAT Health Club

Fitness Inspiration for Riders via SWAT Health Club

Our co-founder, Athena, is a huge fan of SWAT Health Club, and wanted to share a small part of her fitness routine with you all.

If you’re curious about what we offer inside the SWAT Health Club App, here’s a little sneak peek...

This featured routine was put together by our very own Trainer Shayne Farrell, and is especially helpful for the equestrian community—supporting better hip mobility, control, and stability both in and out of the saddle.

This quick session includes:

  • Adductor Rocks to open up the inner thighs and groin
  • 90/90 Hip Stretch with Dynamic Trunk Rotation to improve hip mobility and rotation
  • Dead Bugs (Unilateral Isometric Hold) to build core strength and coordination

Inside the app, you’ll find guided videos, detailed coaching cues, and structured progressions—just like this—so you always know exactly what to do and what you should be feeling.
